Returns are only approved if goods are faulty or not as ordered. Goods that have been incorrectly ordered due to size, colour etc will not be exchanged or credited.
To return a faulty or not as ordered item(s) contact sales@rlwc08shop.com and include order information and a reason for wanting to exchange the item(s).
A sales representative will access your request and if approved will forward details on the procedure to return the item(s).
IMPORTANT
Replacement product will only be shipped after the return has been approved by a sales representative and the faulty item(s) has been received by the RLWC08 Shop.
Any product returned to the RLWC08 Shop that is not matching the description or reason for return stated in correspondence to the RLWC08 Shop, will be returned to sender.
